The Bennett Pass Trailhead is dog-friendly. Leashed dogs are welcome to join their owners on the trail, but are advised to do so between March and October when the trail is most accessible. During winter months, you'll find a sno-park nearby. There's plenty to do in the snow, including sledding and snow-shoeing.
