Brett Burmeister, owner and managing editor of Food Carts Portland, leads tours of the food cart scene in Portland. Leashed dogs are welcome to join their humans on this taste adventure, which begins at one of the downtown pods and may include other pods throughout the city. Guests of the tour will receive small bites from four very different carts as well as an education on the history of food carts in Portland and a discussion of the in-depth workings of the Portland pods.
