This is the old railroad causeway that used to connect Mt. Pleasant to Sullivan's island. The city planted grass and palm trees and it is a beautiful place to walk your dog and watch the sunset. There are pet waste stations and a water fountain for people and for dogs. A must do when in charleston. Parking can be tight.
