Little Sahara Recreation Area is full of dog-friendly sand dunes. Fido can join you on a high-octane fat-biking adventure over the dunes. The wheels will help you grip to the sand and you can glide over the verges with your pooch running alongside. Alternatively, you can jump on a sand-board or ski down Sand Mountain. For a more laid back visit, you can enjoy hiking in the 9000-acre Rockwell Outstanding Natural Area and check out some wildlife.
