Tucannon River Trail is a 9 mile hike in Umatilla National Forest that will take about 4 hours to complete with Fido. This hike is lovely in the early season, before it gets too hot, although it is possible that the winter storms may have produced a few obstacles that have not been cleared yet. Even in the summer there is plenty of shade to enjoy and some water for Fido to cool off in.
