Leashed dogs are welcome at Peninsula State Park! The Park is considered Wisconsin's most complete park, offering 468 campsites, twenty miles of trails, a lighthouse, and eight miles of Door County shoreline. Fido is allowed on all of the trails, except the White Cedar Nature Trail. Dogs must be on a leash no longer than eight feet, and they are not allowed in buildings or any picnic areas, except the Pine Picnic Area. They are not allowed on the sandy beach, but they are allowed on the rocky shore. The State Park is open year-round from 6am to 11pm.
